Organic production with the use of some biodynamic agriculture techniques. No chemical fertilizers or synthetic products are used in the cultivation. No pesticide treatment is carried out in the vineyard.

The processing of the Lustro generally begins in the second week of September when the grapes that have reached the desired ripeness are harvested. The selected and cut bunches are transported in boxes to the cellar where destemming, crushing and pressing take place in steel tanks. The fermentation takes place spontaneously by the indigenous yeasts present on the skins. Depending on the vintage, the duration of the maceration is chosen, which in 2018 was 20 days. No correction or filtration is carried out during processing.

The refinement takes place in steel silos for about 4 months, then it is bottled and further refined for at least 60 days.

Lustro is a wine that goes very well with vegetables, white meats, seafood and stewed fish.
