The Vermentino by Principe Corsini was born in Tenuta Marsiliana in Manciano, in the south of the Tuscan Maremma, where the proximity of the sea is felt in the climate, seen in the light, breathed in the air. The vineyards, which the large extension of the land has allowed to position on the slopes with the highest wine-growing vocation, have a total of about 20 hectares.
THE soils of the Marsiliana , mainly composed of sand and silt on clay, give life to extraordinary Mediterranean expressions of the Bordeaux blend.
The Vermentino , 100% Vermentino aged in steel, combines the varietal characteristics of the vine with the particularity of the territory; the result is a fresh, sapid and mineral wine, immediate, which evokes the sea.
The reflection of the sunbeams on the turquoise sea of the Tuscan coast glitters in this bright wine with a bright and lively aroma . An expressive rainbow between aromas of peach peel, lemon peel, fresh mango, crunchy apricots and pineapple juice anticipate a layered and tasty sip.
On the palate it is delightfully delicate, fruity but with a verticality given by the balanced citrus tension combined with a luminous sapidity. A fine wine with a Mediterranean character.
